A pair of homemade bombs exploded in the nation's capital on Thursday, causing the death of a military personnel and wounds to four other individuals, including two police officers. Legal authorities classified the incident as a "terrorist" attack. As stated by an report, the initial explosion took place during a routine check by two servicemen. The second device was triggered as police and emergency responders arrived at the scene of the first blast.
